How Do Virtual Tours Work?

How do our virtual tours work? First, we’ll arrange a convenient time to visit, ideally when your space is at its best or least busy. Before we arrive, you can prepare the area by tidying or removing anything you don’t want featured in the tour.

Using specialist 360° camera technology, we’ll capture your entire venue, creating a fully interactive virtual experience that allows visitors to explore every space at their own pace. Once the scan is complete, we carefully process and enhance the tour, adding features such as information points, accessibility details, branding, or links if required.

Your finished virtual tour can then be embedded directly onto your website, shared across social media, added to Google Business Profile, or featured on Eric’s Atlas—our accessible places directory, reaching up to 36,000 views every week. It’s a powerful way to showcase your venue, improve accessibility information, and give visitors the confidence to plan their visit before they arrive.
